摘　　要：在邯钢装备化与大型化升级改造过程中,三炼钢厂针对自身工艺装备相对落后、自动化控制水平不高以及非专线化生产组织等不利因素,通过高效脱硫、低成本转炉冶炼技术、精炼工艺优化、节能降耗技术、高效稳态连铸工艺、生产组织优化以及相关智能化生产技术创新研发。采用不同工艺路线和工艺参数优化,提高钢水洁净度的综合控制能力。建成以方坯-棒线材、板坯-中厚板、薄板坯-冷轧板为主的3个专业生产制造平台,产品覆盖20多个系列近300个品种。在此基础上,针对相关品种钢用户需求进行重点控制,在稳定、高效生产和满足用户使用要求的前提下,努力降低生产成本,为多产线、多品种的生产企业提供了借鉴。With the great upgrading of equipment in Hansteel, unfavorable factors at 3rd steelmaking plant such as relatively backward process equipment, lack of automatic control, non - specialized production or- ganization and so on were considered. By means of efficient desulfurization, low cost smelting technology , refining process optimization, energy saving technology application, high efficiency steady state continuous casting process, optimization of production organization, relative intelligent production technology, innova- tive research and development are carried out. The comprehensive control ability of molten steel cleanliness is improved by adopting different process routes and process parameters. We have built three professional pro- duction platforms, including billet - bar wire rod, slab - plate, thin slab - cold rolled plate, covering more than 20 series and nearly 300 varieties. On the basis, we focus on the users＇ demand of the related high grade steel, and try to reduce the production cost under the premise of stable, efficient production and meet the requirements of the users, so as to provide reference for enterprises with multi - production lines and multi - varieties.
