摘　　要：依据国家统计局工业企业科技活动的相关数据,分析吉林省工业企业自主创新的特点,并与辽宁、黑龙江省及部分全国平均数据、发达省区数据进行比较,发现吉林省工业企业自主创新活动中存在的突出问题,剖析其成因并提出解决问题的对策。Based on the related data about the industrial enterprise technical activities of the national statistics bureau, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the independent innovation for industrial enterprises in Jilin province, compares them with those of Liaoning, Heilongjiang and some national average and developed provinces, finds out the outstanding problems in the independent innovation activities, analyzes their causes and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems.
