摘　　要：混凝土装配式保障性住房的房型设计实现了资源的有效利用,并且住房设计也简约大方,更好的提高了居民住房的舒适度,也有利于保护环境、节约资源以及可持续发展。结合工作实践,对混凝土装配式建筑运用到保障性住房中房型设计进行了探讨分析。Concrete prefabricated housing room design has realized the effective utilization of resources, and the housing design is simple and easy, better improve the residential comfort, but also to protect the enviromnent, saving resources and sustainable development. Based on the work practice, this paper discusses the application of concrete prefabricated buildings to the housing design of affordable housing.
