摘　　要：集装箱运输是铁路货物运输的重要方式,集装箱装载安全是铁路运输安全管理的重要内容。使用铁路集装箱运输的货物品类万千、规格型号繁杂,货物装箱后不仅容易造成集装箱自身超重或受力不均衡,还容易造成集装箱装入铁路货车后发生超载、偏载、偏重,危及铁路运输安全。文章研究的集装箱装载质量智能检测系统,能在装车前准确检测集装箱内货物重量及装载均衡程度,还能检测集装箱装入铁路货车的超载、偏载、偏重情况,对超过极限值的装载情况进行声光报警,并通过数据处理得出集装箱在车上的安全位置,引导司机进行校正或整理作业,从源头上杜绝集装箱装载安全问题的发生。Container transportation is an important way of rail-way freight transportation, and Container loading safety is an important content of railway transportation safety management.The goods of using railway container transport have thousands of types and complex specifications and models. After the goods are packed, it is not only easy for the container itself to be unbalanced, but also likely to cause overload, partial load and heavy load on the container after it is loaded into the railway freight train, endangering the safety of railway trans-portation. In this paper, we study the container loading quality intelligent detection system, it can accurately detect the con-tainer before loading the goods weight and load balancing de-gree, it also can detect the container loading of railway wagon, partial overload, heavy load, exceed the limit loading condition for sound and light alarm, and through the data processing it is concluded that the safety of the container in the car posi-tion, lead driver for correction or finishing homework and pre-vent the container loading safety problems from the source.
