摘　　要：文章在查阅大量国内外文献资料和总结已有研究成果的基础上,探讨了快递行业在可持续发展下的绩效评价问题。以平衡计分卡模型为基础,设计了相应的绩效评价指标体系,该体系分为经济效益、客户服务、内部运作、未来发展和可持续发展五个维度。On the basis of consulting a large number of do-mestic and foreign documents and summarizing the existingresearch results, this paper analyzes the present situation of express industry, the status of performance evaluation of ex-press industry at home and abroad, and discusses the problem of performance evaluation under the sustainable development of the express industry. Based on the balanced scorecard mod-el, the corresponding performance evaluation index system is designed, which is divided into five dimensions： economic benefit, customer service, internal operation, future develop-ment and sustainable development.
