摘 要:门店储位管理优化是对配送最后一个节点的管理优化过程。根据门店货物的种类、订单数量等信息,合理分配门店储位,并选择装卸搬运及拣选作业实施设备及方法能够有效降低货物破损率,提高货物周转率,并保证门店配送信息的准确性与及时性。文章以第三方物流企业A公司为研究对象,以EIQ分析法与ABC库存分类法为基础,以X门店为研究切入点,对A公司门店储位管理方案进行设计。通过设计A公司门店储位管理方案,能在有效提高A公司门店作业效率的同时,提升A公司物流服务质量,也能为其他第三方物流企业提供借鉴与参考。Store location management optimization is the man-agement optimization of the last node of distribution. Accord-ing to the types of goods, orders, such as information, reason-able distribution outlets, storage and handling and order pick-ing equipment and methods can effectively reduce the break-age of goods, improve the turnover of goods, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of shipping information. Based on the third -party logistics enterprises as the research ob[ ect, A company based on the EIQ analysis with ABC inventory clas-sification, with X stores as A research starting point, to A company store A management scheme to make the design. By designing the store storage management plan of A company, it can effectively improve the operation efficiency of A compa- ny_s stores and improve the logistics service quality of A com-pany. It can also provide references for other third party lo-gistics enterprises.
