摘　　要：为了进一步提高区域医疗的信息化程度,发展远程医疗和智慧医疗,泰兴市人民医院在原有心电数据管理平台的基础上,建立基于"互联网+"的区域心电信息管理平台。同时,通过建立区域心电远程会诊中心,构建"省级医院、市级医院、基层医院"三级医院的门诊、病房、急诊、体检中心、分院的远程会诊。该会诊中心实现了上级医院对基层医院业务能力的支持,促进基层医务人员的心电诊断水平的提高和危重患者的抢救成功率的提升。In order to further improve the informatization degree of regional medical care and develop telemedicine and smart care, a regional ECG information management platform based on “the Internet Plus” was established by Taixing People’s Hospital on the basis of original ECG data management platform. At the same time, the remote consultation among outpatient, ward, emergency, physical examination center and branch in provincial hospitals, municipal hospitals and grassroots hospitals was realized by establishing regional ECG teleconsultation center. This consultation center not only realized the support of business ability from superior hospital to the basic hospital, but also improved the electrocardiogram diagnosis level of the primary medical staff and the rescue success rate of critically ill patients.
