摘　　要：目的建立基于电子签名的病案无纸化归档系统,优化病案管理流程。方法调研病案管理的现状,总结存在的问题,结合医院信息化发展的情况,设计合理的实施方案。结果利用新颖的电子签名技术,简化了系统实施的过程,实现了全院94种病案文书的无纸化归档,提高了病案管理工作效率,提供病案自助打印服务,改善了病患就医体验。结论在保证病案电子文件合法的基础上,实现了病案无纸化管理及自动化归档,提高了病案管理质量以及医院运营效率。Objective To optimize the process of medical records management, a paperless filing system for medical records based on electronic signature was established. Methods A reasonable implementation plan based on the development of hospital informatization was designed by investigating the current situation of medical record management and summarizing the existing problems. Results The system implementation process had been simplified by using the new electronic signature technology. This system realized the paperless filing of 94 kinds of medical records in the whole hospital, and improved the efficiency of medical records management. In addition, this system provided the self-service printing service of medical records, which improved the patient’s medical experience. Conclusion On the basis of guaranteeing the legality of medical records, the paperless management and automatic archiving of medical records are realized, which improves the quality of medical record management and the operation efficiency of hospitals.
