舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸丁螺环酮片、盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸丁螺环酮片、盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍的临床疗效。方法将94例阿尔茨海默病伴抑郁焦虑障碍患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组47例予舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸丁螺环酮片、盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗;对照组47例予盐酸丁螺环酮片联合盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗。2组均治疗6周后统计疗效,观察比较2组治疗前及治疗2、4、6周后康奈尔痴呆抑郁量表(CSDD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化情况,比较2组治疗6周后生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)中物质生活、躯体健康、心理健康及社会功能评分变化情况,比较2组治疗前及治疗2、4、6周后副反应量表(TESS)评分变化情况。结果 2组治疗2、4、6周后CSDD评分、HAMA评分及HAMD评分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗2、4、6周后CSDD评分、HAMA评分及HAMD评分均低于对照组治疗后同期水平(P<0.05);2组治疗6周后GQOLI-74问卷物质生活、躯体健康、心理健康及社会功能评分与本组治疗前比较均明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗6周后GQOLI-74问卷物质生活、躯体健康、心理健康及社会功能评分均高于对照组治疗6周后水平(P<0.05);治疗组治疗2、4、6周后不良反应TESS评分均低于对照组治疗后同期(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸丁螺环酮片、盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者抑郁、焦虑症状,提高生活质量,降低药物不良反应,安全可靠。ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with buspirone hydrochloride tablets and sertraline hydrochloride dispersible tablets on Alzheimer＇s disease with depression and anxiety disorder.Methods 94 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease and depression and anxiety disorder were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.47 cases in treatment group were treated by Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with buspirone hydrochloride tablets and sertraline hydrochloride tablets.47 cases in control group were treated by buspirone hydrochloride tablets and sertraline hydrochloride tablets.After 6 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed.The changes of Cornell Dementia Depression Scale（CSDD）,Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）were compared before and after 2,4 and6 weeks of treatment.The quality of life questionnaire-74（GQOLI-74）was used to assess the changes of physical life,physical health,mental health and social function in the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment.The changes of the side effects scale（TESS）scores before and after 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment,the changes of CSDD scores,HAMA scores and HAMD scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0. 05）,and these scores in treatment group were lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）.The scores of material life,physical health,mental health and social function of GQOLI-74 questionnaires in the two groups increased significantly after 6 weeks of treatment（P〈0. 05）,and these scores in treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）.The TESS scores of the adverse reactions in the treatment group after 2,4,and 6 weeks were lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）.ConclusionShugan Jieyu capsule combined with buspirone hydrochloride tablets and sertraline hydrochloride tablets
