温肾益气活血汤联合非那雄胺片治疗良性前列腺增生近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察温肾益气活血汤联合非那雄胺片治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的近期临床疗效。方法将112例BPH患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组56例予非那雄胺片治疗;治疗组56例在对照组治疗基础上加用温肾益气活血汤治疗。2组均治疗12周。比较2组治疗前后国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分、生活质量(QOL)评分、前列腺体积、最大尿流率、残余尿量、血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组IPSS、QOL评分均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组最大尿流率均较本组治疗前增加(P<0.05),残余尿量减少(P<0.05),血清PSA水平降低(P<0.05),且2组组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后前列腺体积无明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率76.78%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温肾益气活血汤联合非那雄胺片治疗BPH近期疗效显著。Objective To observe the Short-term efficacy of Wenshen-Yiqi-Huoxue decoction combined with finasteride on benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 112 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 56 cases in control group were treated by finasteride tablets,and 56 cases in treatment group were treated by Wenshen-Yiqi-Huoxue decoction on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The international prostate symptoms（ IPSS） score,quality of life（ QOL） score,prostate volume,residual urine volume,serum prostate specific antigen（ PSA） changes and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment. Results The scores of IPSS and QOL in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group was lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups increased than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the residual urine volume of the bladder was lower than that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the serum PSA level was lower than that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The difference between two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant change of the prostate volume before and after treatment in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 87. 5 % in the treatment group and 76. 78 % in the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Wenshen-Yiqi-Huoxue decoction combined with finasteride in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has a significant short-term effect.
