摘　　要：介绍了某公司75 000 Nm^3/h空分装置的粗氩塔、精氩塔启动过程中的操作要点,同时阐述了粗氩塔调试和主塔工况调试的密切工艺关系。研究了粗氩冷凝器热负荷的影响因素,提出了空分提高氩产量的工艺调节方法。The operation points of the crude argon column and the refined argon column of a 75 000 Nm3/h air separation plant of a company are introduced. The close process relationship between the commissioning of the crude argon tower and the commissioning of the main tower is also described. The influencing factors of the heat load of the crude argon condenser were studied,and the process adjustment method of air separation to increase the argon production was proposed.
