摘　　要：介绍了等离子色谱法检测高纯甲烷产品中杂质的工作原理、气路流程和操作方法,考查了分析方法的性能,并与标准中的分析方法进行了比对,证明该方法准确可靠。In this paper,we introduced the principle and gas route flow of plasma chromatography in the detection of impurities in high purity methane products. We examined the performance of the analytical method,and compared the method with the national standard,which proves that the method is accurate and reliable.
