摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在颈脊髓损伤患者呼吸系统并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月入住我院的颈脊髓损伤患者88例,按入院时间先后顺序等分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规方法进行护理,试验组实施集束化护理。比较两组患者肺部感染、肺不张的发生情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者肺部感染、肺不张的发生率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可有效降低颈脊髓损伤患者呼吸系统并发症的发生率,提高专科护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing on prevention of respiratory complications in patients with cervical spinal cord injury. Methods To select 88 cases of patients with cervical spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with conventional methods,while the experimental group was treated with cluster nursing. The incidence of pulmonary infection and atelectasis was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of pulmonary infection and atelectasis was lower in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of respiratory complications in patients with cervical spinal cord injury and improve the quality of specialist nursing.
