酚妥拉明注射液联合温胆汤加减治疗肺源性心脏病的临床疗效及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨酚妥拉明注射液联合温胆汤加减治疗肺源性心脏病的临床疗效及护理对策。方法将2015年11月至2017年11月我院收治的肺源性心脏病患者80例随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用酚妥拉明注射液治疗,观察组采用酚妥拉明注射液与温胆汤加减联合治疗后配以合理的护理方案。治疗后比较两组患者的临床症状以及肺功能。结果观察组患者治疗后LVEF,CO,SV水平高于对照组(P<0.05),平均肺动脉压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后FEV,FVC优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后心悸、发绀、胸闷、喘息、咳痰以及咳嗽分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肺源性心脏病患者采取酚妥拉明注射液与温胆汤加减联合治疗后配以合理的护理方案,可有效改善患者肺功能,提高血气值,有较高临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and nursing strategies of phentolamine injection combined with Wendan decoction in the modified treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Methods To divide 80 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 into control group and observation group randomly. The control group was treated with phentolamine injection,while the observation group was treated with phentolamine injection combined with Wendan decoction first. After that,patients in the observation group were treated by a reasonable nursing plan. After treatment,the clinical symptoms and lung function of the two groups were compared. Results The LVEF,CO,and SV levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the mean pulmonary artery pressure was lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the FEV and FVC of the observation group were better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The palpitation,cyanosis,chest stufly,wheezing,expectoration and cough scores of patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion After the treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease by combination of phentolamine injection and Wendan decoction,adopting a reasonable nursing plan can improve lung function and increase blood gas value effectively. It has high clinical value.
