摘　　要：桡骨小头骨折是一种比较常见的肘关节损伤,本文通过对340例桡骨小头骨折分析,发现此种骨折发病年龄高峰为20～30岁之间。预后疗效与骨折类型有直接关系。治疗方法需根据骨折类型及皮肤条件而选择。此种骨折的术后功能锻炼可改善软骨面的对位及功能恢复。Fracture of capitulum radii is a common injury of elbow joint.Through the analysis of 340 cases of fracture of capitulum radii,we found that:the morbidity climax of this kind of injury is about 20-30 years old and the function of the joint after healing has a direct relation with the type of in- jury.The way of treatment depend upon the type of the injury and condition of skin.The dirigation af- ter operation can improve the articular surface's para-position and functional reduction.
