摘　　要：从创新社会治理背景出发,以上海市社区体育健身俱乐部的发展为研究对象,通过实地考察法和访谈法,总结归纳上海市社区体育健身俱乐部的实践经验,提出上海市社区体育健身俱乐部的转型思路:在管理方式上向"自治"转变,在组织性质上向服务型转变,在组织治理能力上向现代化过渡,在组织服务内容上向体育公共服务和会员服务并存转变。Based on the background of innovative social governance and taking the development ofShanghai community fitness clubs as the subject, the paper summarizes the practical experience ofthe clubs by the methods of field investigation and interview. It offers the transition ideas for theclubs, i.e., turning the way of management to self-governance; turning the organization to the typeof service; transforming the governance ability to the modernized one; transforming the serviceitems to both the sport public service and membership service.
