摘　　要：教育部以国家引领,省级统筹管理的形式,组织实施中职学校教师参加五年一周期的提高"双师"素质全员培训,推进教师和企业人员双向交流合作。本文主要研究全国中等职业学校建筑装饰工程技术专业骨干教师培训内容的设置与研究。为切实提升中职学校教师队伍整体素质和建设水平,加快建成一支师德高尚、素质优良、技艺精湛、结构合理、专兼结合的高素质专业化的"双师型"教师队伍。The ministry of education organized and implemented the five-year cycle of improving the quality of ＂double qualified teachers＂ training for teachers in secondary vocational schools,and promoted two-way exchanges and cooperation between teachers and enterprises in the form of national leadership and provincial overall management.This paper mainly studies the curriculum and research of training content for key teachers of architectural decoration engineering technology in secondary vocational schools.This paper can effectively improve the overall quality and construction level of teachers in secondary vocational schools,build a high quality specialization ＂double qualified teachers＂ teaching team with noble ethics,excellent quality,highly skilled,reasonable structure,combination of specialty and part-time teachers.
