摘　　要：新时代高校安全保卫工作创新具有重要意义,能够保障高校广大师生安全,有利于构建平安和谐校园,也为为高校跨越式发展提供保障。但目前高校安全保卫工作创新不足,主要体现在工作理念、制度、工作队伍等方面。为弥补这些不足,有必要创新高校安全保卫工作理念,落实安全保卫制度与措施,并重视优秀人员引进,建立健全高校安全防范体系。The innovation of university security work in the new era is of great significance. It can ensure the safety of teachers and students in universities, it is conducive to the construction of safety and harmonious campus,and also provides guarantees for the development of universities by leaps and bounds. However, the current lack of innovation in university security work is mainly reflected in work concepts, systems, and work teams. In order to make up for these deficiencies, it is necessary to innovate the concept of university security work, implement safety protection systems and measures, and attach importance to the introduction of outstanding personnel, and establish a sound system for university security.
