摘 要:在海上油气田群开发中,两个平台在风、波浪、船舶靠泊等载荷作用下发生相对运动,通过与平台连接的栈桥带动栈桥管道运动。为了保证平台安全生产,需对栈桥管道应力进行分析研究。目前,国内外大部分工程公司通常忽略了栈桥结构对栈桥管道应力的影响,或将栈桥结构模拟为无质量刚性件导致应力分析结果不够真实。以某海上油田项目中平台栈桥管道为例,应用CAESARⅡ软件详细介绍了在栈桥管道模型中导入栈桥结构的模拟方法,总结了栈桥上管道支架的位移分配规律,对比分析了管道模型与联合模型计算应力比、支架载荷、法兰泄漏和管道固有频率的差异,为以后栈桥管道设计和分析计算提供有价值的参考。In offshore oil and gas development project,the two platforms have relative movement due to wind load,wave motion,ship berthing and so on. The bridge piping movement is driven by the bridge structure which is connected with the platform. In order to ensure the safety of platform production,the bridge piping stress analysis shall be carried out,but the impact of bridge structure on bridge piping stress analysis results is less taken into account,or the bridge structure has been modeled as rigid element without weight,which should result in the unreal result of bridge piping stress analysis. An offshore platform bridge piping will be studied by applying CAESAR Ⅱ software,the simulation method of incorporating bridge structure into bridge piping model will be introduced in detail. The displacement distribution of piping support on bridge structure will be summarized,and the calculation differences of the stress ratio,support load,flange leakage ratio and piping natural frequency based on bridge piping model and combined model will be compared and analyzed,which will provide valuable reference for the design and analysis of bridge piping in future.
