摘 要:随着"中国名片"高铁的诞生,高铁已经成为人们中远距离出行的重要交通工具。梳理自我国第一条高铁——武广高铁开建以来征地拆迁模式的演变过程,辨析当前盛行的"包干"模式的利弊,在此基础上对征地拆迁特别是铁路征地拆迁模式的发展趋势做出理性判断,可为未来的征地拆迁工作指明方向。With the birth of China’s calling card high-speed railway,it has become an important means of transportation for people to travel in distance. In this thesis, the evolution process of the land expropriation and demolition mode since the construction of the first high-speed railway in China- Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the current prevailing Ulump sum,〉 mode are identified. On this basis, a rational judgment is made on the development trend of the land expropriation and demolition mode, especially the railway expropriation and demolition mode, which could indicate the direction for the future land expropriation and demolition work.
