摘 要:本文运用脱钩理论构建脱钩模型分析湖南省建设用地扩张与经济增长的协调关系及其空间差异,探索2011-2016年湖南省建设用地扩张与经济增长变化的脱钩特点。研究结果表明2011-2016年湖南省及各市州建设用地扩张与经济发展的脱钩指数波动较大,脱钩指数曲线呈"W"型变化;湖南省建设用地扩张与经济发展的脱钩类型以强脱钩为主,反映了湖南省经济发展逐渐由外延式向内涵式转变,经济发展的"稳增长、调结构"特征成效渐显;各市州建设用地扩张与经济发展的脱钩类型存在明显差异,强脱钩类型大致呈"一极两轴"式分布于长株潭增长极区域和京广、沪昆两个交通走廊带。This paper uses decoupling theory to constructs decoupling model to analyze the relationship and spatial differences between construction land expansion and economic growth in Hunan Province; meanwhile, the paper explores the characteristics of decoupling between construction land expansion and economic development changes in Hunan from 2011 to 2016. The results show that the decoupling index of construction land expansion and economic development in Hunan and its cities fluctuates greatly from 2011 to 2016, and the decoupling index curve changes in MW,f shape. The main type of decoupling between construction land expansion and economic development is strong decoupling in Hunan, which reflects the gradual transformation of Hunan's economic development from extension to connotation, and the effect of ^steady growth and structural adjustment" of economic development is gradually evident. There are obvious differences in the types in decoupling between the expansion of construction land and economic development in each city, and the strong decoupling type is roughly none pole two axis" type distributed in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan growth pole region and the traffic corridor belt of Beijing-Guangzhou and Shanghai-Kunming.
