民办高校贫困生助学机制完善研究

摘　　要：民办高校贫困生资助工作还不完善。民办高校学费高,需要受助的群体庞大,资助力度有限;贫困生认定标准不健全;部分受助学生诚信意识缺失等问题影响了资助效果。应提升民办高校地位,加大国家和地方政府财政的资助;加强民办高校资助政策执行队伍建设,建立公众参与机制;调动社会各方力量,建立多渠道的资助体系;提高助学贷款的有效性。The financial aid work for impoverished students in private colleges and universities is still incomplete.The tuition fee for private colleges and universities is high and the group in need is large,while the financial aid is limited.The criterion of identification for impoverished students has deficiencies.The lack of credit consciousness of part of aid-receiving students impacts the effect of financial aid.The position of private colleges and universities needs improvement and financial aid from state and local governments needs to be increased.The construction of executive ability for private college financial aid policy needs to be strengthened and a mechanism of public participation needs to be established.The whole society needs to be mobilized to establish a multi-channel financial aid system.And the effectiveness of student loan needs to be improved.
