摘　　要：本文介绍了科研院所外协的基本概念,梳理出外协工作的外协申请立项、外协供方选择、外协合同签订、项目实施与验收五个主要阶段,分析了各阶段的主要工作内容和主要风险点,并结合工作体会提出了解决措施和建议。This paper introduces the basic concepts of research institutes＇ outsourcing, and sorts out the five major stages of outsourcingapplication, outsourcing supplier selection, outsourcing contract signing, project implementation and acceptance, and analyzes the main workcontents and main risk points of each stage, and proposes solutions and suggestions in combination with the work experience.
