摘 要:电力事业关乎社会民生,在社会经济持续增长下,电力工程规模不断扩大,大量先进技术和工艺应用其中,大大促进了电力事业变革和发展。智能电表预付费系统在实际应用中,可以有效降低人工劳动强度,提升工作效率的同时,实现资金快速回收,以便于实现预付费客户远程费控和服务。由于智能电能表预付费系统自身特性,所选择的费控策略包括欠费停电子策略、催费预警提醒子策略和算费子策略等,可以有效规避偷电事故出现。本文就智能电能表预付费系统费控进行客观阐述,寻求合理的费控策略,以求推动现代电力事业发展。The electric power industry is related to the people's livelihood. Under the continuous growth of the social economy, thescale of electric power engineering has been continuously expanded. A large number of advanced technologies and processes have greatlypromoted the transformation and development of the electric power industry. In the practical application, the smart meter prepaid system caneffectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency, and realize the rapid recovery of funds, so as to realize the remote feecontrol and service of the prepaid customers. Due to the characteristics of the smart meter prepaid system, the selected fee control strategyincludes the arrears stop electronic strategy, the reminder warning reminder sub-strategy and the billing sub-strategy, which can effectivelyavoid the occurrence of stealing accidents. This paper makes an objective exposition of the smart meter prepaid system fee control, andseeks a reasonable cost control strategy to promote the development of modern power industry.
