浅议发展国内水电工程EPC工程总承包管理模式

摘　　要：现阶段,我国水电工程建设主要采用的是平行发包的工程项目总承包管理模式。国际上则更多采用EPC工程总承包管理模式,这一管理模式有着巨大的优势,那么如何才能在更好的在国内发展水电工程EPC工程总承包管理模式,成为当前研究的重点。本文首先概述了水电工程总承包管理模式的特点;其次分析了水电工程总承包管理模式的优点与缺点;再次探讨了水电工程施工总承包管理内容与模式;最后提出了几点建议。At this stage, China’s hydropower project construction mainly adopts the parallel contracting management mode, and in the world, the EPC management mode is adopted more. This management mode has great advantages. How to develop the EPC management mode of hydropower project in China is the focus of current research. Firstly, this paper outlines the characteristics of the EPC management mode of hydropower projects. Secondly, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages. Thirdly, it discusses the content and mode of EPC management mode of hydropower project. Finally, it puts forward several suggestions.
