摘 要:随着大型桥梁的建设发展,深水基础的施工越来越多,深水承台采用锁口钢管桩围堰施工得到较大推广,但在坡积层河床深水地段未见有钢管桩围堰的应用实例。毛坪大渡河特大桥跨越大渡河主河道,4号墩深水承台采用锁口钢管桩围堰,所在的该段河床为坡积层。通过对以往类似工程反复研究,结合本工程实际特点,提出并应用了"大功率振动锤打设钢管桩"、"坡积层机械开挖"、"砂与锯末拌合止水"等施工技术,同时对围堰结构设计进行检算及验证,使钢管桩围堰在坡积层深水地段得到了成功应用,节约了成本,加快了施工进度,对同类工程有借鉴意义。With the development of large-scale bridges, more and more deep-water foundations have been constructed. The construction of deep-water caps using lock-piped steel pipe piles has been greatly promoted, but there are no application example of steel pipe pile cofferdam in the deep water section of the riverbed. The Maoping Dadu River Bridge spans the main channel of the Dadu River,and the deep water cap of Pier No. 4 is a cofferdam of locked steel pipe piles. The riverbed in this section is a slope layer. Through repeated research on similar projects in the past, combined with the actual characteristics of the project, the construction of "high-power vibratory hammer-mounted steel pipe piles", "slope layer mechanical excavation", "sand and sawdust mixing and water stop" were proposed and applied. At the same time, the design and verification of the cofferdam structure design are carried out, so that the steel pipe pile cofferdam has been successfully applied in the deep water section of the slope layer, which saves the cost and speeds up the construction progress, and has reference significance for similar projects.
