摘　　要：智慧化运维管理以专业维保人员和企业单位的主管人员全员参与的TPM管理理念为理论基础,构建通过3A圈承载的工作圈、服务圈、社交圈,促使运维活动良性发展,构建运维活动生态谱系,进一步提高保障设备有效性的运维能力。本文对系统的相关技术进行了介绍,还对系统进行了需求分析、开发方案的选择、系统的设计等工作,还描述了与该系统相关的工作、结论和未来展望。Intelligence operation and maintenance management is based on the theory of TMP（Total Productive Maintenance）concept which requires the participation of all the professional maintenance staff and executives, establishing ＂3 A Circle＂ which includes ＂Working Circle＂, ＂Service Circle＂ and ＂Social Circle＂, promoting the benign development of the operation and maintenance activities, building the ecological system of the operation and maintenance activities, further improving the operational ability of the effectiveness for the equipment support. In this paper, the relevant technical of the system were introduced, this paper also introduces the requirements analysis, choice of development plan and the design of system etc., but also describes the system-related works, conclusions and future prospects.
