摘　　要：基于B/S模式下的河北省B2U网贷平台系统是以PHP为编程工具,MySQL为数据库来设计实现的。该系统的研究是为了建立一套完善的河北省的集高校助学贷款、毕业生创业贷款,大学消费金融业务于一体的管理系统,功能上实现了大学生生源地助学贷款、毕业生创业贷款及信用业务申请与审批的网络平台化,节省了相关使用人员的人力资源消耗,并为河北省相关部门提供决策依据建立了可信任的数据管理平台。同时,鉴于现阶段p2p网贷平台对高校学生的负面影响,本系统可扩展打造具有高校特色的可信任的纯平台模式。Hebei B2U Net-Loan Platform based on Web is implemented by the programming for PHP tools, the database is My SQL.The aim to study this system is to establish a perfect system which combine the college student loans, under-graduates startup loans and Credit loans. This system provides a network platform for the application and approval of the college student loans, under-graduates startup loans and Credit loans, saves the human resources consumption of the related personnel, and establishes a data management platform can be trusted for decision-making basis of the relevant departments in Hebei province. At the same time, the negative impact of P2P net loan platform on college students, the system can be extended to build a Trustworthy platform model with high-school characteristics.
