摘 要:成渝经济区是国家新的重要经济增长极,成渝地区的高职连锁经营管理专业作为成渝经济区连锁企业后备人才的培养基地,应十分重视人才培养的针对性和有效性。论文在问卷调查的基础上,分析得出了成渝地区高职连锁经营管理专业应主要针对的特定岗位群,提出人才培养中应不断加大商品陈列、客户投诉与处理等专业技能的培养,对执行力、心态调节等基本能力的培养,以及对责任心、团队合作等基本素质的培养,不断提高企业满意度。同时,论文对人才培养的改进给出了建议。The Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is a new important economic growth pole of the country. The higher vocational chain management specialty in Chengyu District, as the training base for the reserve talents of the chain enterprises in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, should attach great importance to the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training. On the basis of the questionnaire survey, the thesis analyzes the specific post groups that should be mainly targeted by the higher vocational chain management in ChengduChongqing area. It is proposed that the cultivation of talents should continuously increase the cultivation of professional skills such as product display, customer complaints and handling, and the cultivation of basic abilities such as execution and mentality adjustment, as well as the cultivation of basic qualities such as responsibility and teamwork, and continuously improve corporate satisfaction degree. At the same time, the paper gives suggestions for the improvement of talent training.
