摘　　要：本文章围绕着PPP模式化解地方政府债务风险这一论点,从PPP模式表现、PPP模式开展办法、PPP模式下地方政府债务现状进行分析,从制度、机构、政府三方面对PPP模式开展必要性进行分析,以期能够为我国地方政府债务控制及PPP模式发展提供有价值的理论依据。This article revolves around the argument that the PPP mode resolves the local government debt risk, analyzes from the PPP mode performance, the PPP mode development method, the PPP mode local government debt status, and analyzes the necessity of the PPP mode from the system, institution and government,in order to provide a valuable theoretical basis for the development of local government debt control and PPP mode.
