摘　　要：目的探讨脂联素受体Adipo-R2在妊娠期糖尿病胎盘中的表达变化。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法选取2015年5月至2017年5月山东省潍坊市妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇30例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将这些孕妇作为妊娠期糖尿病组,另选取同期在山东省潍坊市妇幼保健院分娩的血糖正常孕妇30例作为正常妊娠组,运用免疫组化法对脂联素受体Adipo-R2表达进行检测。采用全自动图像分析系统(Ton-1600型),运用阳性单位(PU)概念对免疫组化阳性反应度进行定量表达,然后对两组孕妇的胎盘滋养细胞Adipo-R2的PU值进行统计分析。结果妊娠期糖尿病组孕妇的胎盘滋养细胞Adipo-R2的PU值(8.15±1.43)显著低于正常妊娠组(12.70±2.10),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂联素受体Adipo-R2主要在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎盘滋养细胞胞膜中表达,与正常妊娠孕妇相比,脂联素受体Adipo-R2在极大程度上减弱,是妊娠期糖尿病的一个病理变化,值得临床充分重视。Objective To investigate the expression change of adiponectin receptor（Adipo-R2） in placenta of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Thirty cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes from May 2015 to May 2017 in Department of Obstetrics,Weifang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,Weifang,Shandong were selected by method of cluster random sampling,the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed,these pregnant women were regarded as gestational diabetes group,30 cases of normal blood sugar pregnant women in Department of Obstetrics,Weifang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,Weifang,Shandong were selected as normal pregnancy group,the expression of adiponectin receptor Adipo-R2 was detected by immunohistochemical method,Automatic image analysis system（Type Ton-1600） was used.The concept of Positive unit（PU） were used to quantitatively express the positive degree of immunohistochemistry by automatic image analysis system. Then the PU values of Adipo-R2 of the two groups of pregnant women were statistically analyzed. Results The PU value of placental trophoblast Adipo-R2（8. 15 ± 1. 43） of the gestational diabetes group of pregnant women was significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group（12. 70 ± 2. 10）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Adiponectin receptor Adipo-R2 is mainly expressed in the placental trophoblast cell membrane of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,and it weakens to a great extent compared with normal pregnant women. It is a pathological change of gestational diabetes mellitus,so is worthy of the clincal＇s full attention.
