摘  要:目的采用比格犬自体肌腱重建前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL),在骨隧道内放置不同肌腱长度,比较其组织学变化。方法成年比格犬57只,体质量13~16 kg。其中3只作为对照组,将其余54只比格犬的双膝采用自体肌腱重建前交叉韧带制备模型,按照放入骨隧道内肌腱的不同长度分为6组:5、9、13、17、21、25 mm组。在术后1.5、3、6个月分别取标本,做组织学研究。结果正常的ACL止点从骨到韧带依次为骨、钙化软骨、纤维软骨、韧带纤维。实验组中17、21、25 mm组的腱骨愈合优于同期5、9、13 mm组。结论采用自体肌腱重建ACL时,骨隧道内放入肌腱的长度并不是越长越好,而是有一个最佳长度17 mm。Objective To compare the histological changes of autologous tendon with differentlength implanted in bone tunnel in dog anterior cruciate ligament ( ACL) reconstruction model.Methods Fifty.seven adults beagle dogs of 13 to 16 kilograms were used, including 3 controls. Theanterior cruciate ligament was reconstructed with autologous tendon in 54 beagle dogs, according to thelengths of tendon placed into the bone tunnel, the dogs were divided into 6 groups 5, 9, 13, 17, 21,25 mm group with 9 dogs in each group. The specimens were collected at 1. 5, 3 and 6 months after theoperation, and the histological study was performed. Results The normal ACL stops from bone toligament were bone, calcified cartilage, fibrocartilage and ligamentous fiber. The tendon bone healingin group 17, 21 and 25 mm was better than that in group 5, 9 and 13 mm in the same period.Conclusion In ACL reconstruction, the autologous tendon with appropriate length should beimplanted into the bone tunnel to get the better results.
