摘  要:由于重型轧辊磨床加工工件静摩擦力和惯性矩较大,传统头架主传动系统不易启动重型轧辊磨床。为解决此问题,提供了一种大启动力矩的重型数控轧辊磨床头架主传动系统,满足重型、超重型轧辊磨床磨削的驱动需要,实现了以托磨方式驱动重载工件平稳可靠运转,具有一定的带动和示范作用。The heavy-duty CNC roll grinding machine cannot be easily started by the traditional main drive system of grind head because there are large static friction force and inertia moment in the work pieces of the heavy-duty CNC roll grinding machine. In order to solve this problem,a main transmission system of heavy-duty CNC roll grinding machine with large starting torque is provided in this paper,which can satisfy the driving needs of heavy duty and ultra-heavy roller grinding machine,and realize the steady and reliable operation of heavy-load workpiece by means of support grinding method. Thus it has a certain leading role and demonstration function.
