摘　　要：针对膜式壁管屏检测中存在的效率低,费用高等弊端,分析设计了数字成像在线检测装置。该装置采用了敞开式铅房,链传动工件输送机构,与管屏生产线并线检测,也能自成体系进行检测,适应管屏生产工艺差异化需求,提高民检测效率。For the disadvantages of low efficiency and high cost in detecting the membrane wall tube screen,the on-line detection device of digital imaging is designed and analyzed in this article. The device adopts the open lead chamber and the chain drive workpiece conveying mechanism; it can conduct parallel detection with the tube production line,and it can also detect in its own system to meet the differentiated demands of tube production technology,thus to improve the detection efficiency.
