摘 要:中小型氮肥企业造气工段大多采用常压固定层间歇气化工艺,存在原料成本和能耗高、污染严重等问题。采用U-GAS气化技术改造固定层造气炉,节能环保,可有效降低企业生产成本。结合河北某化肥企业"24·40"装置现有情况,以充分利用现有工艺流程和设备为原则,详细分析了造气工段改造后对其他各工段的影响,并对改造前后的能耗、生产成本进行对比。分析结果表明,采用U-GAS气化技术改造固定层造气炉,技术上可行,经济上合理,改造后吨氨成本可降低568元。The atmospheric fixed-bed intermittent gasification process, which is mostly adopted by gasifiers of small and medium- sized nitrogenous fertilizer enterprises, has problems of high raw material cost, high energy consumption, and serious pollution. Using U-gas gasification technology to revamp fixed-bed gasifiers is energy conservation and environmental protection, which can effectively reduce enterprise production costs. In connection with the current conditions of a "24 - 40" device of a certain fertilizer company in Hebei Province, taking full use of currnt process and equipment as a principle, detailed analysis of the impact of the renovation of the gasification section on other sections is can'ied out, and the energy consumption and production costs before and after the renovation are compaaed. The analysis results show that use of U-gas gasification technology to revamp fixed-bed gasifiers is technically feasible and economically reasonable, after the revamp the cost per ton of ammonia can be reduced by 568 yuan.
