摘  要:简要介绍了溴化锂制冷机组的工作原理、分类及特性,阐述了Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期溴化锂制冷机组在合成氨生产装置中的应用情况。2套溴化锂制冷机组投用后,成功回收了脱碳贫液低位热能和低变气余热,制得的冷水用于合成氨装置,合成氨装置增产20 t/d,年可创收648万元。The working principle, classification and characteristics of lithium bromide refrigeration units are briefly introduced, the application situation of phase I and phase II lithium bromide refrigeration units in synthetic ammonia production plants is described. After 2 sets of lithium bromide refrigeration unit are put into operation, low grade heat energy of the decarbonization lean liquid and residual heat of low-temperature converted gas are successfully recovered. The used in the ammonia plants, and the production of ammonia unit is increased generate income of 6.48 million yuan annually. obtained cold water is by 20 t/d, and it can
