摘　　要：介绍了尿素装置一段蒸发系统在运行中存在的问题并提出了相应的整改措施,同时对蒸发系统惰气放空管进行了改造。改造后,一段蒸发系统的真空度有了明显好转,有效保证了尿素产品质量,降低了蒸汽消耗,减轻了环境污染。The problems existing in the operation of the primary evaporation system of the urea unit are introduced, and relevant reformation measures are proposed, at the same time, the inert gas vent tube of the evaporation system is revamped. After the renovation, the degree of vacuum in primary evaporalion system has improved significantly, effectively ensuring Ihe quality of urea produet, decreasing steam consumption, and reducing environmental pollution.
