摘 要:为了提高汽车侧滑门疲劳耐久试验的准确性,更好地提升汽车侧滑门品质,该文提出了一种针对汽车侧滑门疲劳耐久性检测的试验台,通过对试验台的组成和工作原理的分析,设计了侧滑门耐久试验台控制系统。该系统以工控机为核心,依托Lab VIEW软件为系统软件开发平台,利用运动控制器控制试验台对手动侧滑门解锁和执行开闭动作,利用CAN和LIN信号收发设备对电动侧滑门执行开闭动作,使用手动机械装置控制试验台的角度调整,通过数据采集卡和模拟量模块等对试验台的测量数据(如操作力和速度等)进行采集。该试验台实现了对侧滑门的动态在线测试,集成了手动模式和电动模式的侧滑门耐久试验功能,为侧滑门的疲劳耐久性分析提供了准确科学的试验依据。To improve the accuracy of the fatigue durability test and the quality of vehicle side sliding door, a test rig for testing the fatigue durability of vehicle side sliding door is proposed. Through the analysis of the composition and working principle, a control system for this test rig is designed. The system takes IPC as the core, takes LabVIEW software as the system software development platform, uses motion controller to control the unlocking and opening and closing of the manual side sliding door, uses the CAN and LIN signal transceiver to perform the opening and closing of the electric side sliding door, and uses the manual mechanical device to control the angle adjustment of the test rig. Data acquisition card and analog module are used to collect test data such as operation force and speed. The test rig has realized the dynamic on-line test of the side sliding door and integrated the fatigue durability test function of the side sliding door in manual mode and electric mode, which provides accurate and scientific basis for the fatigue durability analysis of side sliding door.
