摘 要:2007年联合国欧洲经济委员会(ECE)颁布的车辆加速行驶车外噪声试验新方法(ECE R51 03)与老方法(ECE R5102)在试验条件、试验方法及结果处理等方面存在很大差别,这将直接对汽车厂商新产品的研发产生影响。新方法引入匀速测试工况,介绍了车辆通过噪声试验在匀速工况下最大噪声源是轮胎噪声,通过轮胎单体试验揭示了通过增加轮胎花纹中的纵沟数量以及斜纹沟槽两端开口能够降低轮胎噪声,即控制了车外通过噪声中的匀速噪声。The new test method for external noise of accelerating vehiele(ECE R51 03) and the old method(ECE R51 02) issued by the European Economic Commission of the United Nations (ECE) in 2007 are very different in test conditions, test methods and results treatment, which will directly affect the new products research and development of automobile manufacturers. The new method introduces the uniform test condition, and introduces that the maximum noise source of vehicle passing noise test under uniform condition is tire noise. Through the single tire test, it is revealed that the tire noise can be reduced by increasing the number of longitudinal grooves in the tread pattern and opening the two ends of inclined groove, that is, the uniform noise in the external passing noise of vehicle is controlled.
