摘  要:汽车线束系统是相对薄弱和易损坏的零件,在整车开发及使用过程中频发由于线路问题导致的整车功能失效问题。通过对车辆制造环节线束系统引起的失效问题进行系统的归纳总结,提出基于PDCA方案的改进措施,有效地控制了线束在车辆开发及制造环节中的失效模式。表明PDCA控制方法可以提高汽车线束布置与走向设计的稳健性,降低失效频率,提高整车线束的开发质量。The wiring harness system is weak and wearing part in vehicle, in the process of vehicle development and utilization, the function failure due to wiring harness issue occurs frequently. By summing up the failures caused by wiring harness system problem during vehicle production, improvenlent measures based on PDCA are put forward which effectively controlled the failure mode in vehicle development and production. It shows that PDCA control method can improve the robustness of the wiring harness layout and routing design, reduce the failure frequency and improve the development quality of vehicle wiring harness.
