摘 要:空心圆柱滚子轴承由于空心结构的圆柱滚子能储存更多的润滑油并且有利于轴承的散热^([1]),故在现代机械中运用愈加广泛。应用三维建模软件Solid Works建立多组空心圆柱滚子轴承的模型,由其内在的Simulation有限元分析模块分别对空心圆柱滚子轴承的应力分布情况进行实验,在相同载荷情况下,发现空心度在60%-75%之间最大等效应力上升趋势特别明显,故再在这个区间进行等分,观察最大等效应力变化情况。最终得出结论,圆柱滚子空心度在68%时,其性能最优。Hollow cylindrical roller bearings are widely used in modern machinery because the cylindrical roller of hollow structurescan store more lubricating oil and benefit the heat dissipation of bearing. The model of multi group hollow cylindrical roller bearing isestablished by using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks. The stress distribution of the hollow cylindrical roller bearing is tested by theinternal Simulation finite element analysis module. The maximum equivalent stress rising trend of the hollow degree between 60%-75% isespecially obvious under the same load condition. Therefore, the maximum equivalent stress change is observed in this interval. Finally, it isconcluded that the performance of cylindrical roller hollowness is 68%.
