摘  要:试验利用常规石蜡切片技术,从显微水平上观察了大花耧斗菜低温春化后雄蕊原基分化及发育的过程,以掌握大花耧斗菜的生殖发育规律。结果表明,雄蕊原基的分化顺序为外部雄蕊原基先发育,而后依次内侧发生,即由外侧向内侧,为向心式分化;雄蕊的发育顺序是从顶端至下端,外侧雄蕊发育滞后于内侧雄蕊,即离心式发育;退化雄蕊的花丝维管束及薄壁细胞逐渐退化,最后只剩表皮细胞,致使花丝膜质化。Text by routine dissection of paraffin sectioning, the process of stamen differentiation and development of Aquilegia glandulosa after low temperature vernalization was observed by the microtechnique to grasp the reproductive development rule of Aquilegia glandulosa. The results show that stamen primordium developed ecto-entad, the stamen primordium of outermost is development primarily, then generate other stamen primordium in order, until the last stamen primotdium of staminode develop, its differentiation pattern is centripetal. The development of stamen is from top to bottom, outward stamen are slower than the inside, its development pattern is centrifugal. The vascular bundle of filament and parenchymal cell in staminode are degenerate gradually, only remain epidermal cells finally, result in filament membrane homegenization.
