摘 要:采用田间小区试验,以晋薯9号为试验材料,研究了生物菌肥对甘薯产量、品质及经济效益的影响。结果表明,生物菌肥增产效果明显,能显著提高甘薯的单株结薯数和大中薯率;相比CK,单施菌肥和化肥与菌肥配施处理均可提高甘薯中蛋白质、维生素C和还原糖的积累量,其中,单施菌肥处理相比化肥与菌肥配施,Vc和还原糖含量增加明显,且差异显著,但蛋白质积累量和干物率却有所下降。通过对甘薯产量、净收入和产投比综合分析得出,单施生物菌肥375 kg/hm^2处理效果最优。The effect of bio-bacterial fertilizer on yield, quality and economic benefit of sweet potato was studied by the experiment of field plot, and the experiment material was Jinshu 9. The results showed that the yield of bio-bacterial fertilizer increased obviously,which could increase the number and the rate of larger sweet potato significantly. Compared with CK, the accumulation of protein, vitamin C and reducing sugar in sweet potato could be improved by single application of bio-bacterial fertilizer as well as cooperate with chemical fertilizer. But the accumulation of vitamin C and reducing sugar in sweet potato increased by application of bio-bacterial fertilizer more than bio-bacterial with chemical fertilizer, and the accumulation of protein and dry rate decreased. By comprehensive analysis of the yield, net income and production ratio of sweet potato, the effect of bio-bacterial fertilizer of 375 kg/hm^2 was the best.
