摘  要:试验比较在饲料中添加硒代蛋氨酸、酵母硒和亚硒酸钠等3种硒源在不同水平下对蛋鸡生产性能、血清硒含量、蛋硒含量及硒转化率的影响。结果表明,硒水平的增加使蛋鸡的产蛋率略微下降,但是3种硒源在0.1~0.5 mg/kg水平下50周龄蛋鸡均表现出了较好的生产性能;3种硒源均可显著提高蛋硒含量,添加酵母硒或硒代蛋氨酸可使蛋硒含量显著高于添加亚硒酸钠处理;3种硒源的硒转化率从大到小排序为酵母硒>硒代蛋氨酸>亚硒酸钠,亚硒酸钠的平均硒转化率低于对照组。综合比较,应采用酵母硒或硒代蛋氨酸取代亚硒酸钠作为蛋鸡饲料的主要硒源。This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of selenomethionine, selenium yeast and sodium selenite on production performance, serum selenium content, egg selenium content and conversion rate of laying hens. The results showed that the increase of selenium level decreased the laying rate slightly, but all the treatments showed good performance at 0.1-0.5 mg/kg level for 50 weeks old laying hens. Three different selenium source could enhance the egg selenium content significantly, and the egg selenium content of adding selenium yeast and selenomethionine were relatively higher than adding sodium selenite. The egg selenium conversion showed the tendency of selenium yeast 〉 selenomethionine 〉 sodium selenite,and the average conversion rate of sodium selenite experimental groups was lower than control group. Therefore, sodium selenite should be replaced by selenium yeast and selenomethionine as the major selenium source in laying hens.
