摘  要:随着经济的发展及人民生活水平的提高,人们对地下室平时使用功能和战时保障功能有了新的更高要求。在目前的人防通风、给排水、电气设计中,存在很多不合理甚至不符合人防规范要求的设计问题。本文通过列举平时积累的实例,分别对人防通风设计中的电站防毒通道位置、除尘片安装问题,人防给排水设计中的防爆地漏设置、生活污水池布置、战时储水设备布置问题及人防电气设计中战时备用电源设置、平战兼用电气设备转换问题进行探讨分析说明,力求做到通俗易懂,合理准确,为类似工程提供参考。with the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people have new and higher requirements for the function of daily use and wartime support function of the basement. In the current civil air defense ventilation, water supply and drainage, electrical design,there are many unreasonable or even not meeting the requirements of civil air defense norm design problems. In this paper, by enumerating the examples accumulated at ordinary times, the location of the antivirus channel and the installation of dedusting pieces in air defense ventilation design, the setting of explosion-proof floor leak,, the layout of the sewage water pool and the layout of the water storage equipment during the war in the air supply and drainage design, the setting up of the standby power supply in the war of the civil air defense design and the peacetime andwar concurrently use of electric power equipments conversion problems are separately discussed and analyzed. And it is tried to be easy to understand, reasonable and accurate, but it is unavoidable that there is something wrong with it,which accepts sincerely the critism and correction of readers.
