摘  要:医疗服务质量是医院立足和发展的关键。然而我国公立医院的医疗服务质量不容乐观,"看病难、看病贵"仍然普遍存在。随着新医改工作的不断推进与深入,如何科学、有效的提高医疗服务质量,改进公立医院的运营和管理,是当前亟待解决的问题。本文分析了当前公立医院医疗服务质量管理存在的一些问题,根据问题入手,提出加强医疗质量管理的策略和思考。The quality of medical service is the key to hospital's foundation and development.However,the quality of medical service in public hospitals is not optimistic.The "difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor" is still a prevalent problem.With the continuous promotion and deepening of the new medical reform,how to effectively improve the quality of medical service and improve the operation and management of public hospitals is the urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes some problems existing in the current medical service quality management of public hospitals,and starts to propose strategies and reflections on strengthening medical quality management.
