摘　　要：蛋白磷酸酶1和2A是机体细胞内两种重要的蛋白酶,参与基因表达、神经传递、肌肉收缩、细胞周期等生理过程。目前研究发现两者尤其是PP1在调节心脏生理功能中发挥着重要的作用,心肌细胞中众多蛋白质磷酸化水平失调是诱发心律失常的重要因素。因此,调节蛋白磷酸酶也许可成为心肌病治疗的潜在靶点。Protein phosphatase 1 and 2A are two important proteases involved in gene expression,nerve transmission,muscle contraction,cell cycle and other physiological processes.It has been found that both of them,especially PP1,plays an important role in regulating cardiac physiological function.The imbalance of protein phosphorylation in cardiomyocytes is an important factor to induce arrhythmia.Therefore,the regulation of protein phosphatase is also a potential target for the treatment of cardiomyopathy.
