围生期综合护理措施及营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨围生期综合护理措施及营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~6月来我院就诊的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组予以围生期综合护理措施及营养干预。比较两组患者妊娠期高血压发生率、剖宫产率、新生儿并发症发生率以及患者干预前后血糖及血脂水平变化情况。结果研究组患者妊娠期高血压发生率、剖宫产率及新生儿并发症发生率分别为4.00%、58.00%、14.00%,均低于对照组的20.00%、80.00%、42.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均降低,且研究组FPG、TG、TC水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围生期综合护理措施及营养干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中应用,可降低患者血糖血脂水平,改善母婴结局。Objective To explore the clinical effect of perinatal comprehensive nursing and nutritional intervention on gestational diabetes patients.Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes who came to our hospital from January to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group provided comprehensive nursing measures and nutritional interventions during the perinatal period.The incidence of hypertension in pregnancy,cesarean section rate,incidence of neonatal complications,and changes in blood glucose and blood lipid levels before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of hypertension complicating pregnancy,cesarean section and neonatal complications in the study group were 4.00% and 58.00%,14.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group 20.00%,80.00%,42.00%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.After intervention,the levels of FPG,TG,TC and LDL-C in the two groups were lower,and the levels of FPG,TG and TC in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perinatal comprehensive nursing measures and nutritional intervention can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid levels and improve maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes.
