边疆民族地区社会主义核心价值观认同问题研究

摘　　要：党的十九大报告将坚持社会主义核心价值体系上升到新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略的地位给予高度重视。边疆民族地区由于其地域和民族的特殊性、文化和价值观的多样性,社会主义核心价值观的认同工作面临诸多新问题新困境新挑战,进一步凸显了培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要性和紧迫性。要实现边疆民族地区的团结稳定、繁荣发展,必须在思想意识和价值层面用社会主义核心价值观加以统领和整合。在边疆民族地区强化社会主义核心价值观的认同,要在坚持马克思理论指导地位的前提下将社会主义核心价值观与边疆民族地区优秀文化结合起来,既要采取全国广泛推广的一般性路径措施,又要因地制宜考虑边疆民族地区的特殊区情,坚持一般性和特殊性的有机结合,才能更好建设边疆民族地区的社会主义核心价值观。Since the Party＇s 19th Congress Report, more and more attention has been paid to the core values of socialism, which has become the basic strategy of maintaining and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new age. The particularity of the region and the nation, the diversity of culture and values in the frontier minority areas make the identification of the core values of socialism face many new problems, new difficulties and new challenges, further highlighting the importance and urgency of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values. In order to achieve the unity, stability, prosperity and development of border ethnic areas, we must use the socialist core values to guide and integrate ideological values.Strengthening identity of socialist core values in frontier minority areas, we must combine the core values of socialism with the excellent culture in the border minority areas, under the precondition of upholding the guiding position of Marxism. It is necessary to take general path measures to promote the whole country, but also consider the special circumstances of frontier ethnic areas. Only by insisting on the organic combination of generality and particularity, can the socialist core values of Frontier ethnic areas be better constructed.
