摘 要:针对某产品进行高低温工作试验时密封出现的泄漏问题,对该产品采用的密封材料丁腈橡胶进行高、低温环境下的低温性能研究。通过随产品试验、高温试验、低温试验、高低温交变试验及耐介质试验,检测丁腈橡胶的压缩耐寒系数,以耐寒系数的变化来探究高、低温对橡胶材料性能的影响。结果表明:高低温交变循环、高温老化都会造成丁腈胶料低温性能下降,影响其密封性;而低温环境对丁腈橡胶的低温性能基本没有影响,但密封性降低。研究表明,丁腈橡胶作为密封材料不能满足该产品的密封要求,因而导致了泄漏。In order to solve the problem of the oil leakage during the work test of high and low temperature of a product,the low temperature performance of the sealing material nitrile rubber used in the product was studied under high temperature and low temperature conditions. Through the product test,high temperature test,low temperature test,high and low temperature transformation test and medium resistance test,the compressive cold resistance coefficient of nitrile rubber was tested,and the influence of high temperature and low temperature on the properties of rubber materials was investigated with the change of cold resistance coefficient.The results show that the nitrile rubber as a sealing material can not meet the sealing requirements of the product,resulting in leakage.
